about

I have been doing a lot of work helping instrument developers. As a result, I have amassed quite a few pieces made using only one device as demo pieces. Sometimes these go on the current album, others they just need their own space. This album ended up being it.

The album name, "Pixel Deep Plays" is little odd but points to fact that I use software instruments so they are in effect only a pixel deep, as in there is no physical box (like a guitar or piano).

You can listen to the record as any other album of mine or also see it as an opportunity to "synth spot" what I have used. If the latter, info in my main website on the album page.

"Beautiful mesmerizing sound textures." Jappe

"I like how you sculpt your sonic space with minimal treatment, and the supportive account on your site for each piece/instrument is very cool." ionly.

I noticed that everyone was a bit afraid of the electronics. Composing helped me understand how to mix better. ... more
